When should I place my order?

Because each ketubah is made to order and it is a time-intensive process, we recommend placing your order at least 3 - 6 months before your wedding date. Custom orders may require additional time.  Rush orders are sometimes available upon request.  If your wedding is less than 3 months away, please contact us before placing your order.

Do I have to use your text options?

Accepted Answer

No. We want to make sure that the text you use is the perfect reflection of what you'd like your ketubah to convey.  You are always welcome to use customized text of your choosing at no extra charge.  Want to change one of our texts slightly?  We'll help you out with that too.

Question 3

Can I request a certain color?

Accepted Answer

Of course.  We are happy to work with you if there are certain colors you prefer for your sculpture, frame, or base.  Also, feel free to mix and match sculpture and frame colors you see on this site.  Simply contact us before your purchase to make sure it's feasible.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes, we do.  In fact, almost all of our ketubahs/ketubot are customized.  You can read more about our customized options by clicking here.

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Each ketubah is fully refundable up to 10 days after it is ordered, so you can make the purchase worry-free.

Question 6

How do I sign a Timeless Ketubah?

Accepted Answer

Each ketubah is designed to be easy to sign, and comes with a free permanent acid-free pen.
 
For sculptural ketubot/ketubahs that have the text printed on paper, there are doors built into the back of the ketubah design which make it easy to take the text out to sign and to put it back in after.
 
For wood-engraved ketubot, the pen we provide allows you to sign directly on the wood for a quick-drying permanent signature.
